The noise levels were unbearable!!! The lack of proper maintenance is apparent, with worn-out mattresses and poorly functioning bathrooms.

Our stay there was wonderful. The rooms were well priced and reasonably large with all their belongings in with comfy beds. The staff was fairly friendly, kept everything reasonably clean and really good! Noorderpark tube station was 5 min away.

Bright hotel, decent location on the outskirts of the main square and knowledgeable staff. Impeccable service, well priced and a nice size room complete with a very comfortable bed and TV, for instance. Good bar area.

Located just 10-15 minutes from central station

The room was very cold (in February). Near the door there was the smell of cigarettes from the coridor.

Close to the train station. The boat ride to get to the other shore is 3 minutes! Then it's a 5 minute-walk to the hotel. Very convenient location. Decent room size and large bathroom. Quiet and clean.Very good value for money considering the existing offer in amsterdam!

When checking in the heater was off in both rooms. The window glasses were poorly isolated and therefore it's hard to get a decent temperature in the room especially with the high ceiling... My friend forgot her cellphone on the bed the day we checked out.She realized it less than an hour after we had left to town.When we came back late afternoon the receptionnist said nothing was found in the room...

First of all, it was cheap.Although you have to take a free ferry from the station, it is not very far.Good value for money.The staff were helpful.

There was a problem with the bathrooms, in the first room the water was leaking out of the bathroom to the room.In the second room , there was a bad smell.You should be careful about the steep stairs.

My previous stays in amsterdam had mixed results, but this time was a surprise. The balcony in my twin room added charm, and the powerful shower kept me refreshed. Being a short walk from the free ferry made my summer holiday even better.
